Stephen was grown up by his mother along with his adopted brother David. His father left the family and his mother had to do it all alone. Stephen King met his wife Tabitha during his time as a professor at Hampden Academy at the campus Library. The couple fell in love and got married in 1971 and grew up their 3 children together. Now at this age, King has 3 adorable grandchildren. He sold the rights to his first storybook to Startling Mystery stories named “The Glass Floor” which went on to be a big hit and provided his career the actual spark. King has also made special guest appearances in movies based on his novels/books.
